Princes Street, Northcote Point: An existing house was demolished and two new contemporary houses were built. The design provided sheltered courtyards and lap pools. Each house is two levels with four bedrooms and two living areas. Lucerne Road, Remuera: An existing house was removed and a substantial three level home with pool and pool house constructed. Materials consisted of plastered masonry and concrete roof tiles. Paratai Drive, Orakei: An existing house was removed and replaced with a large home stepped over three levels. The house has multiple living areas, pool and three car garaging.
